Travelling has been something I have always been excited about , whole of my life.Coming from an Army background I was pro packing and moving any time of the year. This saga continued as I got married to a Submariner . Thanks to my roller coaster corporate life and my fauji background I have had the privilege to visit decent number of places. One thing that travelling has taught me is , to have an open mind and embrace life as it flows. Out of all the wanderings I have had , the ones that are most close to my heart are not in crowded , big cities but in the lap of mother nature. Nature completely humbles you . You realize that your worries about life & future are such petty things infront of the power of nature. The first time I realized this was , while trekking a small peak in the beautiful city of Dwarhat , Utrakhand. I had to reach a cave on the top of the hill . December breeze was making it a difficult climb. The sun was playing hide & seek peeping from the tall pine & Deodar tress.Birds chirping & trees singing with the rhyme of the breeze made the place so serene and mesmerizing. For a moment I just halted and took a deep breath of fresh air . Sat down on a rock , closed my eyes and let the silence of the place sink in. I had never felt so much alive before. Oh yes , how can I forget to mention about the delicacies you get to experience during these travels. They are the true icing on the cake. Tip here is to not go over board and hold your horses. An upset tummy can spoil all your travel plans . 🤣🤣

Thanks a lot Prasad ! This one is dedicated to you , who inspired me to start writing 😊😊😊
Beautiful..This is just beginning Neelima and rightly said...Travel is companion who introspects and synergizes mind and brain- the feeling we experinece keeping our transactional thoughts outside and be congruent with nature...
